This event will be a great street fair and "RIOT" for Red Hats...

Janis Kelley, owner of the Tea Room at Port Gamble is organizing this event. Along with the other Port Gamble Merchants everyone is welcome!!!

The day will include door prizes donated by all the street fair vendors and a fabulous "chocolate tea party for 8; (donated by the Tea Room at Port Gamble) an excellent door prize!   

A great "Red Hat" fashion show! 

Bring your own picnic lunch or plan on having a pre-paid box lunch (send the number of boxed lunches you will need along with your RSVP to the Tea Room, attn: Janis by July 1^st if possible. $8.95 per boxed lunch (Chicken Salad Croissant, Side Salad, Fresh Fruit, Cookie, Bottled Water. A Vegetarian Lunch will also be available for purchase. More info soon)

There will be live music all day!  The streets will be closed off to traffic and you can dance... party... and play in the streets! 

Bring your lawn chair or blanket and enjoy the majestic view of the Port Gamble water front and all the fun activities!  Please RSVP by July 1st, but not mandatory!  We'd like a general idea of how many to expect! 

Plans are now under way to have a "chair check" kind of like a "coat check"... so you can drop your stuff (chairs, picnic lunch, etc) off and not have to carry it around with you!

Vendor booths are $35 for the day, plus a donation of a gift ($25 value) from each vendor for a door prize.  Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs and awnings (if you choose to have one).  Vendor check in and set up will be from 8 to 10 a.m.    Application is below.

Red Hat related vendors and merchandise is REALLY encouraged!  All crafters welcome!  Food vendors also welcome!  We have lots of room for vendors - there is a huge water front park!  

Chapters:  Gather your members and get a vendor booth!  The more the merrier! Show all us Red Hatters.... your Chapters crafty side!  Chapter RSVP’s are below

"Women owned businesses" with women's related products, merchandise and/or services invited! 

Vendors with “women's "health" related topics” will not be charged the vendor fees and are invited! 

Vendor registration closes June 15th!

Lots of parking and a Kitsap Transit shuttle bus will be available to drop you off in the center of the fun!  Some walking around for the event, but lots of time to see it all!

Port Gamble is easily accessible from the Bremerton, Kingston and/or Port Townsend ferries... hope to see ladies from up north (and everywhere) coming over for a fun summer "Red Hat" day together...
