Black Teas
Corsley Estate (Nilgiri, India) A pleasingly fragrant tea which is also prized for its brewing characteristics and which is graded ‘Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe.” More delicate than English Breakfast, this produces a very pleasant cup of tea.
Earl Grey A black tea flavored with bergamot oil, which is a citrus fruit similar to the orange.
Earl Grey, Lavender A traditional whole leaf black tea, this Earl Grey has the added lavender flowers combined with the with Bergamot flavors to create a superior taste.
English Breakfast   HOUSE FAVORITE: In house blend which conforms to the traditional “English Breakfast” definition. Created with the Chinese Grand Keemun this is a blend that is  a smooth hearty tea with the traditional Chinese flavor and a hint of the Assam malt overtones.
Grand Keemun          A robust tea with a most pleasing taste which pairs well with Chocolate.
Harmutty Estate (Assam, India) This is a high grade Assam tea and is known for being strong and is graded ‘Special Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe,     Grade 1.’
Khongea Estate (Assam, India) A high grade Assam tea known for being strong and is graded ‘Special Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe, Grade Superior.’ Smother than other Assams with a greater malty flavor which is characteristic of Assam teas.
Margaret’s Hope (Darjeeling, India) Darjeeling Teas are known as “The Champagne of Teas” and have a delicate flavor with overtones reminiscent of the Muscat grape.
Northwest Berry Blend HOUSE FAVORITE: A blend of Strawberry, Raspberry and Blackberry flavored Teas.
Russian Caravan Named for black tea which was transported between Russia and China via caravan, this black tea pairs well for sweetening with honey instead of sugar.
Snow Monkey Plum HOUSE FAVORITE: A smooth tasting black tea that is complimented with the flavor of plum. The aroma of this tea is quite pleasing, even before brewing.
Mokolbari Estate (Assam, India) A strong yet quite smooth tea, almost deserving of the description “mellow” and is considered quite “tippy.”
White Teas
Pai-Mu-Tan White Peony A white tea with leaf and buds. Mellow and sweet. An exquisite tea which is fragrant and complex.
White Tip Oolong A superb intermediate tea blend from Taiwan, allowed to ferment beyond being a green tea but not into a black tea.
 
Green Teas
Finest Jasmine Pearls HOUSE FAVORITE: A flavored flowery green tea from China.
Lung Ching One of the most popular Chinese green teas available.
Tropical Green Tea A fine green tea with both mango and passion fruit added. Try a tad of 1/2 & 1/2 with this one.
Non-Caffeine Teas
Apricot Cinnamon  A black blended tea of Apricot pieces and Cinnamon chips. Very Nice!!!! 
Chamomile Brewed from the flowers of the Egyptian Chamomile plant.
Earl Grey A traditional Earl Grey (a black tea flavored with bergamot oil, which is a citrus fruit similar to the orange), however, the Caffeine has been removed.
English Breakfast A traditional English Breakfast tea without the caffeine.
Huckleberry A black tea made with Blackberry leaf and Huckleberry flavorings.
Orange Spice Black tea with Ribose herb, Southern Cinnamon oil and chips, Orange Peel and Spice flavorings.
Peppermint A popular tea brewed from the leaves of the Peppermint leaves.
San Francisco Fruit Blend HOUSE FAVORITE: A blend of Peppermint, Lemon Grass, Rose Hips, Hibiscus and Orange Peel. High in Vitamin C.
